Evidence over presentation
We look for work you can explain, decisions you can defend, and outcomes that show what you personally contributed.
Careers
A clear standard for evaluating builders at different stages of their careers, without confusing age, tenure, or title with capability.
Our standard
SVECTOR Group hires ambitious young builders and experienced professionals. We do not treat either group as inherently better. A role may need unusual learning speed, proven production judgment, specialist depth, operating maturity, or a combination of these qualities.
The role brief defines the standard. The selection process tests relevant evidence. Responsibility is offered according to demonstrated capability and expands through consistent performance.
We look for work you can explain, decisions you can defend, and outcomes that show what you personally contributed.
Experience gives useful context, but years alone do not establish judgment, learning velocity, craft, or the ability to carry responsibility.
Some roles reward exceptional growth early in a career. Others require production depth and hard-earned domain judgment. We hire for the actual work.
We value people who stay responsible through implementation, failure, correction, and the final working outcome.
Selection process
The exact process varies by role. We keep each stage relevant to the work and explain what is being evaluated.
Every open role should state the real work, reporting line, location, standards, boundaries, and expected outcomes.
We review the candidate's evidence against the role rather than relying on keyword matching or title prestige.
Candidates may discuss prior work, reason through a relevant problem, or complete a focused exercise designed for the role.
Both sides should understand the standard, pace, location, scope, and working relationship before a decision is made.
The final decision considers capability, judgment, conduct, evidence, role fit, and the scope the candidate can responsibly carry.
Equal opportunity
SVECTOR Group is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates based on capability, evidence, and role fit — regardless of race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic unrelated to the work.
Candidate information is handled for recruitment and role evaluation. We seek only the context needed to assess the work and make a responsible decision. If a role is not the right fit, that decision should not be disguised as a judgment about a person's overall potential.
